Danicka Allen is the Director of Marketing & Communications at Tucson Values Teachers, where she leads brand, communications, and storytelling that elevate and support PreK–12 educators across Southern Arizona. A Tucson native, Danicka brings a hands-on background in administration, management information systems, and cross-functional operations.

Before joining TVT, Danicka managed contracts, marketing, and IT functions in fast-paced environments and built practical systems that improved document control, reporting, and day-to-day workflow. At TVT, she applies that same operational mindset to keep communications organized, timelines moving, and details buttoned up—so the team can stay focused on delivering high-impact programs for teachers.

Danicka spent five years in Los Angeles working in the music industry and volunteering with a performing arts nonprofit — an experience that sharpened her creative instincts and strengthened her approach to storytelling and audience engagement.
