Award, sponsored by Raytheon | an RTX Business, honor exceptional PreK–12 teachers in Pima County who demonstrate outstanding leadership, innovation, and a lasting impact on their students and school communities. Presented annually at Stand Up 4 Teachers, this prestigious award recognizes educators who go above and beyond in the classroom and serve as role models for their peers. Winners receive a cash prize and district support, thanks to the generous partnership with Raytheon | an RTX Business, highlighting the vital connection between education and community leadership in Southern Arizona.
