Mrs. Pinales collaborates with her co-workers and is able to implement her ideas as well as her co-workers. Their classroom runs like a smooth machine as if the children have been there for years. Mrs. Pinales encourages a lot of music in her classroom. She sings with her students with a ukulele. When you walk into her classroom and hear that song, you feel the invitation of also joining in and singing with everyone. Mrs. Pinales is very patient with her students and is open to try new and other ideas that might also encourage her students to learn.
