Powered by the Teacher Elevation Fund, CommunityShare Mini-Grants empower PreK–12 teachers in Southern Arizona to bring innovative, real-world learning experiences to their students. These education mini-grants provide funding for classroom projects, community partnerships, and creative learning opportunities that connect students with local professionals, organizations, and resources.
What Are CommunityShare Mini-Grants?
CommunityShare Mini-Grants are designed to help teachers launch projects that make learning relevant and engaging. Whether you want to invite a community expert into your classroom, organize a hands-on field trip, or launch a collaborative project, these grants provide up to $500 to turn your ideas into impactful experiences.
Program Overview
Who is eligible?
- All applicants must:
- Spend the majority (over 50%) of the school day in direct instruction to students
- Currently be certified to teach in Arizona or working in a licensed and regulated education center
- Be registered in CommunityShare and
- Teach in a facility or school in Pima County
Award Details
- Grant: Up to $500 for materials and supplies for project-based learning through CommunityShare.
